V MATRIX / Talent

We train your AI with specialists, not crowds.

Vetted experts across 17 specialties. Vendor-of-record delivery. Anonymized when contracts require it.

The bar

Every expert passes a four-stage verification.

Frontier-lab procurement standards. Identity, domain, output, continuous — each stage is a separate gate, and a specialist who fails any one of them does not work for you. Anonymization, when required by the engagement, runs independently of verification — identity is verified to us before it is concealed from the lab.

  1. Stage · Identity

    Identity verification

Every candidate clears a background check, credential audit, and right-to-work review before any client work. We verify what the candidate claims to be before we verify what they can do.

  2. Stage · Domain

    Domain qualification

Specialists pass a domain-specific technical screen authored by a verifier active in the field. Credentials are necessary; the screen is what distinguishes a credential from current working knowledge.

  3. Stage · Output

    Output calibration

Sample work is double-graded against a published rubric. Disagreements between graders are adjudicated by a third reviewer, with the disagreement itself logged for rubric refinement.

  4. Stage · Continuous

    Continuous monitoring

Inter-rater agreement, output quality drift, and engagement-level feedback are tracked across active work. Specialists who fall below the bar are paused, retrained, or removed — never quietly retained.

By the numbers

What we promise. What we measure.

  • Specialties supplied

From STEM reasoning to long-tail domain expertise, each held to the same verification standard.

  • Verification stages

Identity, domain, output, continuous. A specialist who fails any one of them does not work for you.

  • Hire-side response SLA

Procurement intake reviewed and answered within one business day. Engagement scope confirmed before any expert is staffed.

  • Anonymization on request

Expert identity concealed from the lab when the engagement requires it. Verification happens to us first; concealment happens to the deliverable last.
